Human Resource Consultant

 Cincinnati, OH (Blue Ash office location)

ROLE: Works in collaboration with clients to successfully analyze, advise, plan, design, implement and ensure excellence in human resource and talent management within the client organization.

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of eight years HR and recruiting experience.  Ideally served as an HR Generalist for three or more years.   


  • Profitably manages client projects within the scope and budget of service agreement
  • Delivers client deliverables that satisfy the client's without delivering beyond the initial scope
  • Provides sourcing and recruiting expertise with difficult-to-fill andkey management positions
  • Is experienced in managing people/organization issues and serves as a trusted advisor and business partner with human resource challenges
  • Attentive to client needs and opportunities for delivering future value-added services
  • With minimal guidance, designs and delivers services including but not limited to succession, recruiting, development, compensation and benefits, coaching and governance while managing personal billable percentages within the defined goal


  • Is a Learner

  • Has a consultative approach and is able to lead senior managers through transformation

Manager, Accounting Services

Cincinnati, OH (Fort Mitchell or Blue Ash office location)

ROLE: Manages profitable engagements within a "focus industry."  Maintains client relationships.  Responsibilities are performed through direct reports.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: CPA; BA with a minimum of 6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Is an expert in current accounting practices, software and a Microsoft Windows environment.


  • Plans and staffs for engagements
  • Mentors and evaluates staff
  • Manages work quality including audits, financial statements & work papers; reviews staff work as necessary.
  • Earns the respect and trust of clients and firm leadership
  • Actively builds business


  • Experienced in audits, concerns and best practices for your focus industry (either Healthcare, Manufacturing & Distribution, Government & Not-for-Profit or Financial Services)
  • Expert knowledge of accounting principles, audit and attest practices with general knowledge of FASB
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work extended hours during busy season
  • Minimal travel within Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana

Preferred Experience:

  • Management of a team
  • Public accounting experience
  • Tax preparation and review skills
  • Practical use of ProSystem Engagement

Seasonal Tax Preparer

Cincinnati, OH (Blue Ash or Fort Mitchell office location)

ROLE: Prepares individual tax returns primarily in our Blue Ash office.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with tax software, preferably CCH ProFx.  Familiar with current accounting practices, software and a Microsoft Windows environment.


  • Prepare individual tax returns


  • Professional, efficient, accurate
  • Stong communicatin skills
  • Ability to work a minimum of 25 hours/week during busy season
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision



  • Previous tax preparation a plus
  • Practical use of ProSystem Engagement preferred

These seasonal positions offer flexible work schedules from mid-January through mid-April.  Training will be conducted the second week in January.  Full or part-time seasonal positions available.
