Since its inception in 1946, VonLehman has been a family-owned, privately-held business.  As a leading regional CPA and advisory firm, VonLehman has led Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky businesses through 10 recessions, helping to build a vibrant regional economy along the way.   VonLehman is led by a rotating five-member management team. Its shareholders include Andrew VonLehman, the son of founder Joe VonLehman, who served as president from 1994 through 2009.

Mark W. Weber joined VonLehman & Company Inc. in 1981 after graduating from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Mr. Weber has continued his education through annual update and specialized courses sponsored by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and both the Ohio and Kentucky Societies of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Weber is a Chairman of the firm’s Construction and Real Estate Services Group and specializes in the tax and accounting needs of closely-held companies.
