Lori D. Warden joined VonLehman & Company, Inc. in July, 2006. Prior to joining the firm, she spent several years with a firm in eastern Kentucky. Ms. Warden received her Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting from Marshall University, Huntington West Virginia. She has continued her professional development by attending courses sponsored by various National and State societies in her areas of expertise.
Ms. Warden's public accounting experience includes accounting, auditing, tax and consulting needs of closely-held businesses, their owners, not-for-profit organizations and governmental entities. Ms. Warden is currently licensed to practice in Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia.
Ms. Warden is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a board member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants and a trustee for the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants Education Foundation.
