Since its inception in 1946, VonLehman has been a family-owned, privately-held business.  As a leading regional CPA and advisory firm, VonLehman has led Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky businesses through 10 recessions, helping to build a vibrant regional economy along the way.   VonLehman is led by a rotating five-member management team. Its shareholders include Andrew VonLehman, the son of founder Joe VonLehman, who served as president from 1994 through 2009.

Experience

Kathleen M. Galligan joined VonLehman & Company, Inc. in 1999. Prior to joining the firm, Kathleen spent four years as a Partner in a small legal practice located in Cincinnati, Ohio, specializing in Estate Planning and Individual and Corporate Tax Consulting. Kathleen also has nine years experience with national accounting firms, the last three years as a Senior Manager. She is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, and a graduate of DePaul University College of Law.

Ms. Galligan works in the firm’s Tax Department. Her focus and professional experience include personal financial planning, income tax and estate tax planning to a wide range of closely-held business owners and high net worth individuals.
