VonLehman is led by a rotating five-member management team. Its shareholders include Andrew VonLehman, the son of founder Joe VonLehman, who served as president from 1994 through 2009.

Experience
Donald C. Fritz joined VonLehman & Company Inc. in 1992. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
Mr. Fritz’s professional experience has included auditing, tax and consulting services to a wide range of closely-held businesses and their owners. Don also serves as the firm’s Director of Valuation and Litigation Support Services, where he serves as an expert witness in a variety of engagements and provides forensic services.
He is a Past Chairman of Leadership Northern Kentucky and was one of ten recipients of the organization’s Leader of Distinction Award as part of the 25th anniversary of service to the Northern Kentucky Community.
