Experience
David C. Macke joined VonLehman & Company Inc. in 1991. He has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration from Thomas More College. He regularly attends over eighty hours of continuing education annually on healthcare finance related topics.
Mr. Macke has worked in the healthcare finance field since 1980. He directs the firm’s Healthcare Reimbursement Consulting Group which serves hospitals, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities and various other provider types. Mr. Macke is certified as a healthcare financial professional in the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and has attained the level of Fellow (FHFMA) Prior to joining the firm, he worked with one of the Medicare Fiscal Intermediaries for over eight years where he developed a keen insight into the reimbursement issues for heath care providers. Mr. Macke specializes in Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting and reimbursement consulting services.
