Cheryl S. Rinaldi graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics from Northern Kentucky University where she received the Top Graduating Accounting Student award. She joined VonLehman & Company Inc. in 1979 and was an audit supervisor before entering the tax department in 1987.
Ms. Rinaldi has continued her professional education by attending courses in a variety of tax related topics for both business and individuals.
Ms. Rinaldi supervises all tax and ERISA compliance related issues in the areas of qualified retirement plans and welfare benefit plans. She also acts as a technical resource to the audit department for benefit plans, audits and governmental reporting.
Ms. Rinaldi specializes in tax services for closely-held middle market businesses and their owners. Her areas of expertise include qualified retirement plans, sales tax, state and local income tax and multi-state taxation issues.
