Anne M. Schwing joined VonLehman & Company, Inc. with over 20 years of Human Resource and Management experience offering Leaders and Managers a progressive practitioner’s knowledge and resources on a consulting basis. Anne's innovative experience covers a wide scope within an organization and in multiple industries. Recently her emphasis and success has been focused on employee retention, employee satisfaction and effective recruiting and selection. She also has experience in management coaching as well as writing customized employee handbooks and policy manuals to meet critical client organizational needs.
Anne has a Masters in Human Resources from Xavier University and has been a member of the Greater Cincinnati Community for over 30 years.
