VonLehman is led by a rotating five-member management team. Its shareholders include Andrew VonLehman, the son of founder Joe VonLehman, who served as president from 1994 through 2009.

Andrew J. VonLehman joined VonLehman & Company in 1975 after graduating from Thomas More College. He was elected president of the Company in 1994 and served in that role until 2009. He has planned and implemented many of the firm’s strategic business endeavors, including expansion of the firm’s consulting services, practice development and human resources management.
Mr. VonLehman serves as an engagement shareholder for many of the firm’s tax and review engagements. His diverse practice includes clients in manufacturing, distribution, medical practices, construction and real estate development. He has worked extensively with family owned and managed businesses especially in the area of succession planning.
