Brian D. Malthouse joined VonLehman & Company Inc. in 1990. Prior to joining the firm, he had ten years of tax experience with an international accounting firm. He received his accounting degree from the University of Kentucky and has spent numerous hours keeping abreast of the tax law changes and their effect on our clients' industries.
Mr. Malthouse specializes in working with closely held, middle-market companies with revenues from $3 million to $90 million. His closely held company specialization also includes dealing with all tax and consulting issues affecting the business owners. His experience in a broad range of industries includes manufacturing, distribution, construction, homebuilding and professional service organizations. His twenty-plus years of tax experience is especially helpful in the merger and acquisition arena, and he has been instrumental in helping many clients structure the purchase or sale of their business in the most tax-effective manner.
